At Parakai Springs Swim School our main focus is on developing water confidence.  Once children are happy to be in the water they are able to acquire the skills needed at a much faster rate. We will teach ANYBODY who wants to learn or update their swimming skills.

We believe swimming is an important life skill that all children growing up in New Zealand should learn. It is our aim to assist as many children as possible in our community learn to swim with this in mind we strive to offer quality lessons at reasonable prices.

Swimming Lessons

AquaBabyz

• Goldfish (6mths-3yrs) 30min class (12 babies max per class with 1 teachers)
• Turtles (3yrs-5yrs) 20min class (3 children per class)

Classes are held in indoor pool from 9.15am—10.30am Mon, Wed, Thur, Fri, and 8.30am-10.30am Sat.

AquaKidz

(School aged children.) Classes are 30 min and held in the outdoor pool all year round (only cancelled in extreme weather) from 3.30pm-5.30pm Mon - Fri.  We also have limited levels on Sat mornings. Max 4 children per beginner’s class / up to 6 in the more advanced classes. 

Terms run in conjunction with the school term with the 2nd and 3rd term being shorter due to the cooler air temperatures.

Squads

Sessions are held in our Outdoor Pool and are an hour long.  Monday, Wednesday 6.30am-7.30am and Tuesday, Thursday afternoons 5.30pm-6.30pm

Private Lessons

Private lessons are available by arrangement. 

Enrolling your Child

Please fill out an enrolment form available from the front desk or downloadable below.  Once returned we will be in contact with regards to availability.  If there is a wait list for the day and time you would like we will be in touch as soon as a place becomes available.
